- 1
Create a creator account
The creator signs up personally with a verified email and strong password. No anonymous or third-party submissions. 2FA is required before going live.
- 2
Verify your real identity
We confirm your legal name and (for US creators) age 18+ via our identity-verification partner. Government-issued ID may be requested for high-risk categories (finance, legal, medical-adjacent).
- 3
Add official channel and social links
YouTube, podcast, website, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok — anything that establishes you as the public figure behind the mentor.
- 4
Prove ownership of those channels
We accept channel-description tokens, DNS TXT records, OAuth login to the platform, or notarized declaration. At least one strong proof per channel.
- 5
Connect or upload owned content only
Videos, audio, transcripts, PDFs, scripts, notes, slides, and voice samples must be owned by you or licensed. We scan for obvious third-party material.
- 6
Accept the Creator Agreement
You sign the Creator Agreement, Identity Protection Rules, and Community Guidelines electronically (ESIGN Act-compliant).
- 7
Complete US tax onboarding
US persons submit IRS Form W-9; non-US persons submit W-8BEN (individual) or W-8BEN-E (entity). Required before any payout is released.
- 8
Set up payouts
Connect your bank account or PayPal through our payout provider. Minimum payout threshold is US $50; payouts are issued monthly on net-30 terms.
- 9
Approve your AI mentor
Review the generated bio, photo, voice, behavior, and sample answers. You must approve every element before submission.
- 10
Admin approval
A TubeMentor AI admin reviews everything end-to-end. We reject mentors that appear to impersonate any real person without consent or that violate any platform rule. Approved mentors go live within 1–3 business days.
What we will reject
- Profiles that copy or imitate a real public figure's identity without consent
- Uploads the creator does not own or have rights to use
- Voice clones, photos, or likenesses of someone other than the creator
- Brand or channel names used without authorization
- Content that would deliver medical, legal, financial, or mental-health services without proper licensure
- Creators on US OFAC sanctions lists or in embargoed jurisdictions
Re-verification
We may ask you to re-verify identity, ownership, or tax info annually, after a material profile change, or after a credible third-party report.
