Terms & Conditions

You must be at least 13 years old to use TubeMentor AI. Users between 13 and 17 must have verifiable parental or legal-guardian consent. You must be 18 or older to publish a creator profile, accept payments, or enter into the Creator Agreement. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, to keep your credentials secure, and to be responsible for all activity on your account.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms, applicable US federal or state law, export controls, or sanctions administered by the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC).

TubeMentor AI lets verified creators publish AI mentors trained on content they own and approve. Learners can subscribe to AI mentors and ask questions by text or voice. AI mentors are software; they are not the creator speaking live and do not have independent professional judgment.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us and our processor to charge your payment method on each renewal at the then-current price until you cancel. Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout based on your billing address. Free previews and promotional trials convert to paid subscriptions automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

You agree not to:

• Impersonate any person, creator, brand, or entity
• Upload content you do not own or have rights to use
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or harm others
• Attempt to extract another creator's training data, prompts, or proprietary materials
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or circumvent rate limits, paywalls, or technical protections
• Use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, CSAM, or content prohibited by US law
• Use AI mentor output to make medical, legal, financial, mental-health, tax, immigration, or other regulated professional decisions without independent verification by a licensed professional

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant TubeMentor AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including training the specific AI mentor you authorize. Creators grant additional licenses as described in the Creator Agreement. We do not sell your personal information.

AI mentors generate responses from approved creator content and general language models. Output may be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete and does not represent professional advice. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeMentor AI and its creators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

The Service, including software, design, trademarks, and platform content, is owned by TubeMentor AI or its licensors and is protected by US and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as expressly permitted.

We respond to valid notices under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. See our Copyright / DMCA Policy for how to submit a notice or counter-notice. Repeat infringers will be terminated.

You may close your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for violations of these Terms, risk to other users, or legal compliance. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, indemnity, limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and governing law) will survive.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TubeMentor AI, its affiliates, officers, employees, and creators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TubeMentor AI's total liability for any claim arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) US $100. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved by final and binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, seated in Wilmington, Delaware. You and TubeMentor AI waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in a class, collective, or representative action. You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first accepting these Terms by emailing tubementorsupport@gmail.comwith the subject “Arbitration Opt-Out.” Small-claims court actions are permitted.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced in-app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
