What is TubeMentor AI?▾
A consent-based AI mentor platform. Verified creators build AI mentors trained on their own content; learners subscribe and ask questions by text or voice.
Who is it for?▾
Anyone who wants focused, on-demand learning from a specific creator — founders, students, developers, content creators, job seekers, and small-business owners.
Is there a free trial?▾
Yes — every mentor includes a free preview (3 questions) with no credit card. Paid plans start at $9.99/month.
Is there a mobile app?▾
The web app is mobile-optimized today. Native iOS and Android apps are on our 2026 roadmap.
AI mentors
Are AI mentors the real creators?▾
No. AI mentors are software trained on creator-approved content. They are not the creator speaking live, and outputs may be incomplete or imperfect.
What if the AI doesn't know the answer?▾
It will say so honestly instead of guessing — and may suggest related approved content from the creator.
Can I ask anything?▾
Within the creator's expertise and our Community Guidelines. AI mentors do not provide licensed medical, legal, financial, tax, or mental-health advice.
Can I use voice instead of typing?▾
Yes. Voice input is available on Basic; real-time voice chat is available on Pro.
Pricing, billing & refunds
How much does it cost?▾
Free Preview $0. Basic $9.99/mo per mentor. Pro $19.99/mo per mentor. All-Access $39.99/mo for up to 10 mentors. Annual saves 20%.
Are taxes included?▾
No. Applicable US state and local sales tax is added at checkout based on your billing ZIP.
Can I get a refund?▾
Yes — full refund within 7 days of your first subscription to any mentor. See the Refund Policy.
How do I cancel?▾
From your Learner Dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the current period.
Is there a student discount?▾
50% off Basic for verified US college students. Email tubementorsupport@gmail.com.
Creators, payouts & taxes
How do I become a creator?▾
Sign up as a creator, verify your identity and channel ownership, upload owned content, accept the Creator Agreement, complete tax onboarding, and submit for admin approval. Average time live: 3–7 days. See Creator Verification.
How much do creators earn?▾
70% of net subscription revenue from their mentors (after payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, and sales tax).
When and how do I get paid?▾
Monthly, on net-30 terms, via bank transfer or PayPal, once your balance exceeds US $50.
What tax forms will I receive?▾
US creators receive IRS Form 1099-NEC and/or 1099-K as required. Non-US creators submit W-8BEN or W-8BEN-E and are paid net of any required withholding.
Do I keep ownership of my content?▾
Yes. You grant TubeMentor AI a license to operate your mentor; you retain ownership. See the Creator Agreement, Section 2.
Privacy, safety & compliance
How is my data handled?▾
Account data, uploaded content, and chat history are stored securely in the US. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. We do not sell personal information.
Do you comply with US privacy laws?▾
Yes — including CCPA/CPRA (California), and the consumer-privacy laws of Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Iowa, Delaware, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Minnesota, Maryland, and Rhode Island. See Privacy Policy.
Is the service safe for minors?▾
Users must be 13+. Users 13–17 require verifiable parental consent. We comply with COPPA and do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
Can I report a mentor?▾
Yes — for impersonation, copyright violation, fake profile, unauthorized use of name/photo/voice, misleading advice, or harmful content. Email tubementorsupport@gmail.com.
What about deepfakes?▾
Voice and face cloning are allowed only for the creator's own identity, with explicit consent and a signed rights release. See Identity Protection Rules.
