Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks work on TubeMentor AI. Effective date: June 25, 2026.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If this is your first paid subscription to a given mentor and you are not satisfied, request a full refund within 7 days of the initial charge.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel any subscription at any time from your Learner Dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days outside of the cases listed below.

2. When we issue refunds

  • First-time subscription: full refund within 7 days of the first charge for a mentor.
  • Duplicate or accidental charges: full refund within 60 days.
  • Service outage: if a mentor is unavailable for more than 72 consecutive hours due to our fault, a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Mentor removed by TubeMentor AI: prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.
  • Fraud or unauthorized charge: full refund after verification.

3. When refunds are not available

  • Renewals after the 7-day initial window, unless covered above
  • Dissatisfaction with AI answer quality after substantial use (we disclose AI limitations in advance)
  • Accounts terminated for violating the Terms of Service or Community Guidelines
  • Free previews, trial periods, or promotional credits (no cash value)

4. How to request a refund

Email tubementorsupport@gmail.com with your account email, the mentor name, the charge date, and the reason. We respond within 5 US business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

5. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank — most issues are resolved in 1–2 days. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension pending review. We respond to all chargebacks with transaction logs and our Terms of Service.

6. Sales tax

Where required, US state and local sales tax is added at checkout and is non-refundable separately from the underlying charge; refunds of a charge automatically include the proportional tax.
